Teambuilding “THE CHALLENGE: TUTTING HAND DANCE”
The teambuilding is suitable for big teams – over 100 people – and the goal is the employees to achieve cooperation, creative thinking, awareness and understanding of corporate competences/values. The participants are divided into teams and they are given specific clothing consistent with the corporate logo. Every team has to invent the most creative way to present to the others the value which it is working on. In the end of the first task the participants face the challenge to learn together and in synchronicity a short choreography of a dance with hands – Tutting Hand Dance.
The biggest surprise is saved for the end – the participants take their places in a huge logo and together give live with their dance to the firm’s brand.
The teambuilding’s leaders are professional actors and choreographers who have many years of stage and teaching experience.
The whole event is shot with a drone.
